พัน ปจว. โดย ร้อย.ปจว.3 ร่วมกับ มทบ.39 ได้จัดชุดบรรเทาสาธารณภัยและชุดหมอเดินเท้า เข้าดูแลรักษาประชาชน พร้อมแจกเครื่องอุปโภคบริโรค ในพื้นที่ ต.เนินกุม อ.บางกระทุ่ม จ.พิษณุโลก โดยพบว่าชาวบ้านเป็นโรคน้ำกัดเท้า ทีมหมอเดินเท้าจึงได้ทำการทายาฆ่าเชื้อ พร้อมทั้งแนะนำว่าอย่าเดินลุยน้ำเพราะน้ำขังและเน่าเสียจะเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อโรค

The 39th Military Circle and the 3rd Psychological Operations Company of the Psychological Operations Battalion sent a disaster relief troop and a pedestrian doctor team to help and delivered food/commodity to flood victims at Nernkhum subdistrict Bangkrathum district Phitsanulok province. Many villagers had Hong Kong foot disease, so the medical team gave medicine and advised them how to prevent from the disease.
