กองพลทหารราบที่ 3 โดย กองร้อยบรรเทาสาธารณภัย กองพันทหารราบที่ 3 กรมทหารราบที่ 3 จัดกำลังพล บูรณาการร่วมกับสำนักงานเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดมุกดาหาร และหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ ดำเนินการช่วยเหลือฟื้นฟูผู้ประสบภัย หลังสถานการณ์อุทกภัย ในพื้นที่ ต่างๆ กลับเข้าสู่สภาวะปกติ โดยจัดเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าลำเลียงสิ่งของช่วยเหลือ ของสำนักงานเหล่ากาชาด จังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำนวน 500 ชุด ไปแจกจ่ายให้ผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติ ในพื้นที่ อ.นิคมคำสร้อย และ อ. ดอนตาล จ.มุกดาหาร

The 3rd Infantry Regiment integrates into the Red Cross of Mukdahan province in the post flood relief operation.

2 September 2019, the 3rd Infantry Regiment, by a disaster relief company of the 3rd Infantry Battalion, integrates into the Red Cross of Mukdahan province to help flood victims at Nikhomkhamsroi district and Dontan district Mukdahan province. The team delivers 500 sets of survival kits to the villagers.
