ศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย มณฑลทหารบกที่ 36​ โดยกองพันทหารปืนใหญ่ที่ 30 กรมทหารปืนใหญ่ที่ 21 ร่วมกับฝ่ายปกครองและผู้นำท้องถิ่น ได้นำกำลังพลพร้อมยุทโธปกรณ์ ทำการขนย้ายของขึ้นที่สูง นำแพทย์เข้าตรวจผู้ป่วยติดเตียง และเคลื่อนย้ายสัตว์เลี้ยงอยู่ในที่ปลอดภัย ในพื้นที่​ ต.หนองปลาไหล อ.วังทรายพูน จ.พิจิตร
31 August 2019, Disaster Relief Center of the 36th Military Circle and the 30th Artillery Battalion, the 21st Artillery Regiment, joined with authorities in the HADR operation at Nongplalai subdistrict Wangtraipoon district Phichit province. The team helped villagers by bringing up properties and pets to a high ground.
