มณฑลทหารบกที่ 16 จัดกำลังพลและยุทโธปกรณ์ เข้าดำเนินการก่อสร้างบ้าน ณ ชุมชนคลองเตย จำนวน 2 หลัง ของ นายอิศรา คำหอมกุล และ นายชัยนิยม โคกกระแต ตามโครงการปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมที่อยู่อาศัยให้กับผู้ยากไร้ และด้อยโอกาส ตามชุมชนแออัดคลองเตย โดยความร่วมมือกับ กทม. และ 25 จังหวัดภาคกลาง

The 16th Military Circle sends an engineering troop and equipments to help out people at Klongtuey community repair their houses in a project called “houses repair for the poor and underprivileged people.” The program is supported by Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and 25 provinces in the Central part of Thailand. Two houses of Mr.Isara Khamhomkul and Mr.Chainiyom Kokkratae have been repaired.
