The 28th Military Circle has launched the project of personnel development, “Personnel Development to Enhance Professional Military”. The campaign follows the policy of the Royal Thai Army, “S.M.A.R.T SOLDIERS STRONG ARMY”, that aims to improve her military personnel in five qualities : strength, moral, ability, respect and technology.
